Is FaceTruth really free for businesses?
Yes. There is no platform subscription. If you offer video participation rewards, you fund those rewards.
How does FaceTruth make money if its services are free?
We deduct a 10% transaction fee from each reviewer payout to help keep FaceTruth running. For example, if you fund a $10 review reward, the reviewer receives $9 and FaceTruth keeps $1. There is no platform subscription fee.
Do I need to pay each reviewer myself?
No. Fund your FaceTruth account, and we handle eligible reviewer payouts in USDT and record the transactions. Add at least 15 USDT to get your campaign started.
How do customers submit a video?
They scan your QR code or open your invitation link, then record and submit through FaceTruth.
What if someone leaves a negative review?
Eligible reviewers receive the same reward regardless of rating. Legitimate negative reviews stay published, and you can respond publicly.
Can fake or abusive reviews be removed?
You can report them for moderation. We assess them against our rules; disagreement with an opinion is not a reason for removal.
