Submitting a notice
Send the identified work, disputed material and URL, contact information, good-faith and accuracy statements, authority confirmation, and signature to [email protected].
Review and counter-notice
FaceTruth may restrict material while assessing a complete notice, notify the affected user, accept a counter-notice where permitted, and preserve an audit record.
Repeat infringement and misrepresentation
Accounts associated with repeated infringement may be restricted or terminated in appropriate circumstances. Knowingly material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may create liability.
