What may be challenged
Reviews may be challenged for fabricated relationships, impersonation, prohibited personal data, threats, illegal content, conflicts of interest, or material policy violations. Disagreement or a low rating is not enough.
Process
FaceTruth gives notice, preserves evidence, permits a response, records the decision, and offers an appeal.
- No automatic removal based on sentiment.
- No paid priority changes the outcome.
- Sensitive reversals require a second authorized reviewer.
