How to appeal
An eligible participant may explain the claimed error and provide new or overlooked evidence within the notice period.
Independent review
A different authorized reviewer evaluates the record under the same policy. Outcomes and reasons are recorded and communicated.
Limits
An appeal does not guarantee restoration, removal, payment, or a particular outcome. FaceTruth may decline repetitive appeals that offer no new issue or evidence, while preserving access required by law.
