Be authentic and relevant
Share a genuine experience in your own words. Do not impersonate others, coordinate manipulation, submit duplicates, or include unrelated promotion.
Keep people safe
Do not publish threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, unlawful instructions, secrets, financial credentials, or unnecessary personal information.
Conflicts and manipulation
Disclose material personal, employment, ownership, or commercial relationships. Do not trade reviews, organize review rings, use synthetic identities, automate submissions, or pressure a reviewer to change a rating.
Enforcement
FaceTruth may label, limit, withhold, remove, or preserve content; restrict accounts; and refer credible threats or unlawful conduct. Decisions consider context, evidence, severity, repetition, and appeal rights.
